Algeria is expected to hold a legislative election by June 2026.
According to Articles 209 and 211 of Organic Law No. 21-01 (2021), provisional results are announced by the National Independent Authority for Elections within 48 hours of receiving polling results, while final results are proclaimed by the Constitutional Court within 10 days of receiving the provisional results.
