The last presidential election was held in 2020. The first round was held on June 28, 2020. Andrzej DUDA won 43.5% of the vote and Rafał TRZASKOWSKI won 30.46%, with a voter turnout of 65%. The second round of elections was held on July 12, 2020. Andrzej DUDA won 51% of the vote and Rafał TRZASKOWSKI won 49% of the vote, with a voter turnout of 68%. The presidential election was delayed by approximately a month due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
